What was recalled

This recall involves the Rogue Fitness MobilityWOD Door Anchor. The anchor is used to anchor elastic bands for use in stretching and mobility exercises. The door anchor has a red plastic tab anchor with "ROGUE" embossed on one side attached to a black nylon strap with a metal ring and carabiner on the other end. The anchor measures about 8 inches long by 1.5 inches wide.

Companies named in the notice: Rogue Fitness websites: www.roguefitness.com and www.rogueapo.com from March 2015 through April 2015 for about $25.; Coulter Ventures LLC, dba Rogue Fitness, of Columbus, Ohio.

Injuries or incidents reported

The firm has received three reports of the nylon strap pulling free of the plastic anchor while under load, including one report of a minor laceration.
