Where it was sold

Companies named in the notice: Rogue Fitness's website, www.roguefitness.com from March 2009 through December 2010 for about $40. They were also sold as part of weightlifting racks and stands for between $350 and $3,400.; Columbus Machine Works Inc., of Columbus, Ohio; Coulter Ventures LLC dba Rogue Fitness, of Columbus, Ohio.

Injuries or incidents reported

The firm has received three reports of the weld between the bracket and the pin breaking, including one report of a consumer who received a sprained wrist.
